How long does it take for my order to arrive?

What system (playing Format) are the movies in?

All movies are in DVD format, we no longer sell movies on VHS or VCD format. DVDs play on all DVD systems.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours if order and payment are received by 12pm Monday thru Friday. Shipping takes about 5-7 business days to reach you if you reside in the States and 5-7 business days for international orders.

Shipping and refunds

All movies are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of ordering if movie order and payment are received by 12 noon Monday thru Friday.

Exchanges are only made on defective products. Any exchanges may be shipped via regular mail and must be returned within 7 business days of receipt. A restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.

Refunds are only given for movies that have not yet shipped to customers.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay for your purchases using your PayPal or by Money Order. If you're a Paypal user, you can pay from your Paypal account, which ultimately gives you the flexibility to pay from a Credit/Debit Card or Checking account. PayPal also gives you the option of paying without signing up with them, however, it is more convenient to become a PayPal Member because your information is stored with them and you will not have to re-enter your information each time you use their services.

For those customers who don't want to enter their Credit card information online, you can pay us using a Money Order and send it by mail. Simply select "Money Order in the check out" as your payment option when checking out and we will store your order until your payment arrives via mail. Once we receive your Money Order we will process your order and ship it out to you.

We do not accept personal checks.

Is my account secure? I'm paying by Credit card.

You can be rest assured that the payment is very secure, we use PayPal.com. PayPal is owned by Ebay.com and paypal has over 17 million members. They are quick easy and hassle free. The information you store on PayPal is not sent to us, we will only receive notification from PayPal once your payment goes through. If you are not too confident with paying over the internet or you do not have a credit card, we accept money order payments.

I'm having a problem paying with my credit card, what could be the problem?

Please verify that your credit card information is correct when you are placing your order. Check to make sure that you have typed in your name as it appears on the credit card and that you have the correct billing address for that card.

Can I place my order over the phone instead of placing it online?

It is easy for members to place orders online, it takes less time and the internet offers the option for members to browse through our selection and read brief descriptions and actors for each movie. Signing up and placing orders over the phone maybe more time consuming as most of your information has to be verified before payment can be made. However, if you do not have access to the internet and would like to sign up and/or place an order you can call us at 877-602-9878 One of our customer service representatives will assist you.

I only want to make one payment not a recurring payment, how do I make sure you don't continue using my information to make payments for movies I didn't order?

We at All African Movies can not make payments from your PayPal account without your knowledge. PayPal is a seperate entity used for online payments. You must either sign up as a member with PayPal or enter you account information on their website if you are not a member after which your information will be removed. If you are a member only the account holder can sign in with the password to make payments. We do not have any authority or ability to make such payments without the knowledge of the account holder.

I want to come and pick up my movie instead of waiting for it to come in the mail.

How do I request a movie title that is not on your site?

If there is a movie you would like to purchase but is not available on our site, you can make a request by simply clicking on the "Contact us" link on the left hand side of the page. We will consider each request that comes to us.
You can perform a search by movie title before making the request.
